Inertia was in
attendance at Urban Games this weekend. Despite a super bumpy floor,
everyone rode to full-effect. Here’s what the guys have been up to:
At the start of last
month Paul Chamberlain had a really nasty slam tearing 2 finger nails
virtually clean off! He was forced to have a couple of weeks off but he
has healed well and is back on his bike again. He busted a wicked
brakeless 360 bar flip to the pedals in the hardest trick comp at Urban
Games this weekend. His next mission is to get his wedding to run
smoothly! He's been working hard on preparations for it this coming
weekend (7th July). Good luck mate! Check his bio and new pics in our
rider section.
Keelan was hard at work
on a project to set up a skate park called "FLOW". However,
unfortunately it all fell through this last week which sucks! He ripped
it up at Urban Games though with a wicked new rolling move that has to
be seen! Check out the new inertia Ad featuring Mr KP himself taking
gold at Braun Ninja Spin. Check out
www.freecaster.com for his run. The new issue of Ride UK also
covers the Ninja Spin event with words by Paul Chamberlain including an
awesome poem. There’s also a wicked pic of Keelan pulling a no-handed
nose wheelie and all the crew hoisting him up onto the podium. Lee M
also has a pic in there so overall there is some great Inertia coverage
this month.
Lee also did a show the
other day with Team Extreme. Check out his profile on their site
www.teamextreme.co.uk. Could be coming to a town near you!

pointless bent tubed monstrosities to rule! He kept it real on his Unit
Elite, double diamond frame and took home gold Uk Represent!

in Ride Uk Very soon
Meanwhile bomber
has been busy on the red bull road trip for Kye forte's stag do (Kye is

Dust Productions came down to Oxford to shoot with
Lee for a short trailer for the Bike Film Festivals
www.bicyclefilmfestival.com, and also to shoot for a short Inertia
promo vid.Keep
checking back for the actual vids, in the mean time here are some shots
we took whilst filming;
Inertia had its stand at the
Bike show in April
1-3rd at Stoneleigh park, all went down well handing out
hundreds of flyers and stickers here are a few pics so you can see what
the lay out looked like, small but stylish none the less!
Went
out to take some promotional photo shots with team rider Paul
Tout. Paul has been a regular on the UK bmx scene for several
years and can often be found lurking behind the scenes at
contests. Originality plays a key role in his riding and we
welcome him to the team. Very few people have seen him ride so
here's a chance to get a look in on a day in the life of one of
the most mysterious and elusive Flatlanders in the UK.
Our
second prototype came back with Inertia’s patented recess design and
internal chain Ts weighing in at less than 4.5 lbs. We are 100% happy
with everything on the frame and production has gone ahead.
We
will have a stand at the Bike Show 2005. My bike will be on display
demonstrating some of our range of flatland products. We will also have
some extra samples on show such as our street frame. Products that will
not be on display are currently being tested. Our T-shirt and hoody
range will also be available to purchase at the stand so please stop by
to take a look and grab some stickers and a catalogue. So right now we are just putting all the final details together
for the lay-out and getting the banners and such stuff made up.Here is a picture of some sample mugs we got made up - they are
not the finished models just a trial. New models should be on sale as
well at the show but they will be very limited in availability so look
out for those.
Been on
a bit of a road trip this month, went up to oxford to chill with my lady
for a while, then down to duffs for photo shoot with their new clothing
line, then up to Cambridge to sort out some business with inertia. We
got our ad sorted for the next issue of ride UK and booked a stand at
the bike so it has all been kicking of a treat this month.Check the ad and other assorted pics form the trip
